With over 25 years of real estate experience in Florida, Brad Westover is known for delivering results with integrity, expertise, and genuine personal care. Brad’s career has spanned every corner of the industry, from residential and commercial transactions to mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals. He’s held leadership roles as President of JTHS-Miami REALTORS® and as a Director with both Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® — always focused on raising the standard of service in the profession.
A strong believer in giving back, Brad was named the 2018 Humanitarian of the Year by the Miami Association of REALTORS® and has worked with organizations like Habitat for Humanity. He also led a 10,000-volunteer cleanup effort following Hurricane Irma, helping communities rebuild with compassion and purpose.
Brad speaks fluent Spanish and holds a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He and his wife of more than 30 years have raised four sons and are now proud grandparents to three little ones — Lucy, Cole, and Felix. Outside of real estate, you’ll find him water skiing, cycling, playing basketball, or serving in the community he loves.
